De Ranke Cuvee is a mixed fermentation containing a blend of our house base beer, aged for at least one year on wood and inox barrels, and young lambiek from the region of the river Senne, where lambiek is traditionally produced. They are blended just before bottling and then aged further for several months in the bottle.
