After you complete this form and accept our terms and conditions, your account will show the List Prices for all our currently available products, in most instances we are able to offer a significant discount to on & off Trade customers which you can request by speaking to your Account Manager (AM). Each AM works in a specific area and your details are passed to your AM when you register, they will then get in touch to discuss your specific needs. Please contact the office should your billing information differ from the information entered on the customer account form. Orders are supplied on a payment before delivery basis until credit facilities are in place. Should you want over the credit limit recommended on Experian, you will be asked to authorise a personal guarantee. 1) AVAILABILITY - All products are subject to availability of stock. Re-ordering of stock is the customers responsibility

2) PRICE CHANGES - Cave Direct reserves the right to alter prices without notice

4) ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT – BACS, debit or credit card, direct debit

5) CREDIT FACILITY PAYMENT TERM -Strictly 15 days month end by direct debit

6) LEGAL CHARGES ARISING FROM DEBT COLLECTION – Will be charged

7) NEW ACCOUNT DETAILS – We wish to advise customers that data regarding their businesses will be transferred to our financiers for the purpose of obtaining credit facilities/finance

8) COMPANY AND INDIVIDUAL SEARCHES - Will be made with a Credit Agency and a record of that search will be kept

9) DEPOSITS ARE CHARGED ON ALL CASES NOT MARKED WITH NRB (non-returnable bottles)

10) RETURNING STOCK - Must fall within the terms of our returns policy

11) PRE ORDERS - Cannot be guaranteed but we will strive to fulfil all placed

12) DELIVERY DAYS – We reserve the right to change delivery days

13) CUT OFF TIMES FOR DELIVERY – Please contact your depot for their cut off time, orders placed after the specified time cannot be guaranteed
